Input Completeness Check
Before the main output, run an input audit:
- List known information, missing information, key assumptions, and main risks

Minimum Coverage Checklist
Unless the user explicitly narrows scope, cover:

Gotchas

- Gates that only say “testing complete” with no checkable criteria.
- Ignoring env/data reality so the plan cannot execute.
